Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled sprinkler service technician to perform service, repairs and inspections on sprinkler systems across commercial, industrial and residential sites. The role requires 4+ years of experience in the fire sprinkler/pipefitter field and the ability to read blueprints and submittals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of documents experience in Fire Sprinkler/Pipefitter industry.
• TQP License OR enough hours to obtain.
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repairs and inspections on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial and residential applications.
• Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures, refer to technical manuals, interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and schematics.
• Electronically complete Service Requests with proper coding and obtain customer's signature.
• Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation.
