is seeking a Sprinkler Sales Representative to drive growth by attracting and closing new customers, and by managing sprinkler system projects from bidding through completion. You will coordinate schedules, tools, and personnel to ensure timely deliveries and labor efficiency. You will also represent the company at progress meetings, handle change orders, and maintain strong client relations while adhering to codes and safety standards across Reading and surrounding

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of sales experience selling services is required.
• Ability to read job specifications to determine the proper use of products is required.
• NICET certification is a plus.
• Proven knowledge of NFPA 13.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Sell sprinkler system services to new and existing customers.
• Learn NFPA codes to identify compliance issues at customer facilities and recommend solutions.
• Perform customer surveys as required/requested.
• Obtain all licensing and manufacturers’ certifications required to perform job function.
• Create job schedules and coordinate delivery of tools to project sites.
• Identify and manage the personnel assigned to each project and track labor efficiency.
• Attend job progress meetings and initiate change orders and contract progress billings.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Read architectural drawings to determine sprinkler system locations for projects.
• Travel to customer and job sites as needed.
