S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking an Outside Sprinkler Sales Representative to drive new sprinkler system contracts, manage bids, and coordinate project schedules. Travel to customer sites is expected as part of a fast-paced sales environment, reporting to the VP of Sprinkler Contract Sales.

The role emphasizes customer service, upselling, and ensuring projects meet specifications and codes. Candidates should bring NICET III certification, NFPA 13 knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years' of sales experience selling services is required.
• NICET LEVEL III certification required.
• Proven knowledge of NFPA 13 is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used sprinkler system services to new and existing customers.
• Bid contract work, create job schedules, and coordinate tool delivery.
• Identify and manage personnel on each project and track labor efficiency.
• Attend job progress meetings and initiate change orders and contract progress billings.
• Read architectural drawings to determine sprinkler system locations for new construction/remodels.
