Job summary

Piper Fire Protection's Clearwater, FL branch is seeking an experienced Sprinkler Sales Representative (Construction) to manage the full sales cycle for service and small fire sprinkler projects, including repairs, tenant improvements, retrofits, and daywork. This role requires prospecting, estimating, proposing, and closing while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with fire codes.

The position reports to the Branch Manager and involves office and field activities with regular site

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in fire protection, life safety, or a related industry.
Proven estimating, bid preparation, and ability to read construction drawings.
Demonstrated success selling small project work.
Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems and NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue service and small project opportunities with customers.
Estimate and prepare proposals for repairs, tenant improvements, retrofits, and other small projects.
Conduct site surveys to assess systems and develop solutions.
Present proposals and ensure code compliance and customer needs are met.
Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts and backlog alignment.
Coordinate with service technicians and дизайн teams to ensure scope accuracy and timely delivery.
