Fortis Fire & Safety Inc. is seeking a motivated Fire Protection Inspection Sales Representative at Piper Fire Protection’s Clearwater, FL branch to drive new business and expand our recurring service agreements.

You will target commercial buildings, facility managers, and business owners with code-based inspection contracts for alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and emergency lighting. The role includes generating new accounts and cross-selling to existing clients, reporting to the Branch

Qualifications

• 3+ years of documented success in B2B sales.
• Experience in Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, or Fire Suppression industries.
• Ability to conduct basic on-site visual surveys.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes and standards (NFPA 13, NFPA 25).
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell recurring service and inspection agreements for commercial fire protection systems.
• Generate a continuous pipeline of new opportunities through cold calling, warm leads, networking, and self-generation.
• Perform building walk-throughs and site assessments to identify code-compliance needs and map out system scopes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate accurate, code-compliant price quotes and contract proposals.
• Maintain contact with existing customers to facilitate renewals and upsell safety services.
• Document pipeline activity, customer communications, and forecasts in internal software.
