Job summary

Century Fire Protection LLC in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Sales Representative to promote, estimate and sell fire protection sprinkler systems, repairs and upgrades to existing and new clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Fire Sprinkler Estimating/Sales, with the ability to read blueprints and apply NFPA standards; travel up to 25% is expected and collaboration with general contractors and end users is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years Fire Sprinkler Estimating/Sales or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with reading blueprints and NFPA 13/14/20 standards and local codes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of Fire Protection contracts by scheduling sales calls and following up on leads.
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to explain company offerings.
• Close sales to exceed sales plan objectives.
• Develop relationships with customers, contractors and end users.
• Estimate small projects and manage larger projects including change orders and field issues.
• Attend job walks and construction meetings as needed and build new business relationships.
