Job summary

Fortis Fire & Safety’s Piper Fire Protection Clearwater branch seeks an experienced Fire Sprinkler Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close for service and small projects. You will handle repairs, tenant improvements, retrofits, and daywork, ensuring customer satisfaction and code compliance.

The role requires site visits, coordination with service techs, and familiarity with NFPA 13 and NFPA 25. Commission eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales in fire protection, life safety, or related field.
• Experience estimating and preparing bids for repairs, tenant improvements, or small projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close for service/small fire sprinkler projects.
• Conduct site visits and surveys; ensure compliance with NFPA codes.
• Develop proposals and value-driven solutions meeting customer needs.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts/backlog.
• Collaborate with service, design and operations teams for accurate scope.
• Monitor timelines and project profitability from quote to delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout sales and delivery process.
