Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a sportsbook team member to assist the Sportsbook Manager in day-to-day operations, deliver excellent guest service, coach Team Members, and ensure compliance with departmental policies and Title 31.

You will supervise staff, create schedules, maintain time records, verify cash drawers, process transactions, and help guests understand wagering rules, lines, and odds while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; 3 years gaming experience; 2 years supervisory experience; must be 21+.
• Must obtain and maintain STGC Gaming License; pre-employment and random drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise sportsbook staff to ensure policy and regulator compliance.
• Create staff schedules and maintain attendance records.
• Manage cash drawers, reports, and money transfers to cage.
• Explain wagering rules and assist guests with bets.
