Isleta Resort and Casino is seeking a Sports Book Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with tribal, state and Isleta regulations, and maintain guest service standards. You will supervise writers, manage bets, and handle cash and player profiles in a fast-paced casino setting.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, cash handling experience, and two years of sports book exposure, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 years or older
Responsible for daily operations oversight, addressing guest issues related to sports book bets, promotions, and events. Ensures compliance with tribal, federal, state, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.
