Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Two years in a restaurant or food service capacity.
• Must obtain New Mexico Food Handlers and Alcohol Server licenses upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and timely service to guests.
• Interact with guests during supervision to ensure service and food quality.
• Monitor food quality and service standards and resolve guest concerns.
• Lead daily stand‑up meetings and communicate property information to staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized work environment.
• Coach and develop employees and manage staff schedules.
