Jobgether is seeking a technically adept Customer Integrations Specialist to manage sportsbook product integrations and provide international B2B support. You will coordinate with product, development, and sales teams, troubleshoot incidents, and document integration processes.

The role requires strong English communication, a background in web technologies, and a willingness to travel as needed. Esports knowledge is a plus.

• Industry knowledge of sports betting and sportsbook platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage product integrations: Integrate sportsbook products and services into customer platforms.
• Provide technical customer support to international B2B customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with customer IT teams and internal product, development, and sales departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, investigate root causes, and escalate as needed.
• Manage multiple customer relationships across locations with professional communication.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration instructions, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base resources.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to integration processes and support workflows.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear, diplomatic communication.
• Develop technical expertise on sportsbook products and esports ecosystem.
• Travel when required to support customer needs and business activities.
