Oddin.gg's Corwyn division seeks a Customer Success Engineer to integrate sportsbook products into client platforms and provide expert technical support. You’ll coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing success.

Requirements include knowledge of the sports betting industry, English proficiency, and strong problem-solving skills. Travel may be required for global client engagements.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Sports Betting industry and how sportsbook products work.
• Technical education OR adequate experience.
• Proficient English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and social skills to build relationships.
• Experience with technical support/sales operations.
• Basic web tech knowledge and protocols.
• Desire to learn about the Esports ecosystem.

Mansioni

• Integrate and support Corwyn sportsbook products on customers’ platforms, following established processes.
• Collaborate with customers’ IT, product, development and sales teams to support or onboard clients.
• Communicate directly with international B2B customers.
• Handle multiple customers at different locations.
• Take ownership of, troubleshoot, escalate and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
