Job summary

Caesars Entertainment’s Sportsbook team in Downtown Las Vegas is hiring a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer. You will be the face of our retail operation, delivering friendly, informed service to both regulars and novice bettors.

As an expert in our betting options, you will answer questions, guide responsible wagering, and maintain accuracy while following company policies and gaming-control-board requirements.

Qualifications

• Provide top tier customer service to encourage repeat visits.
• Adhere to all company rules and gaming control board regulations.
• Familiar with betting options and discuss them with customers.
• Resolve customer disputes and escalate when needed.
• Be a positive team member and collaborate with leadership.
• Complete paperwork per company policy and gaming standards.
• Follow gaming control board standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a top tier level of customer service that encourages customers to come back repeatedly.
• Don't get a penalty - ensure you adhere to all the rules and regulations set forth by the company and gaming control board.
• Become familiar with our betting options and be able to strike up conversations with customers regarding those options.
• Work to resolve customer disputes/complaints and escalateto direct supervisor when needed.
• Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and your leadership team.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork/documentation is filled out accordingly to company policy and gaming control board standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
