Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cash handling in a work setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Email, MS Excel, internet).
• Ability to do simple math and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to bettors and guests.
• Adhere to all company and Gaming Control Board rules and procedures.
• Become familiar with betting options and discuss them with customers.
• Resolve customer disputes and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Be a positive, collaborative team member and complete paperwork per policy.
• Support other duties as assigned by management.
