Job summary

Player 15 Group, the sports and entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns, invites applications for an experienced Inside Sales Consultant to support all facets of ticket sales. Based in downtown Phoenix, you will drive activity goals and sell season memberships, group experiences, and premium products.

You will build relationships with prospective clients, conduct outbound outreach, attend games for face-to-face opportunities, and maintain CRM records while contributing to team initiatives

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience (ticket sales, B2B, fundraising, or hospitality sales preferred).
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals with time-blocked call campaigns.
• Sell the full menu of products including season memberships, group experiences, and premium products.
• Build relationships with prospective customers via outbound outreach and face-to-face meetings.
• Develop leads by researching prospects within the metropolitan area.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual goals set by the Manager of Inside Sales.
• Attend games and events to leverage face-to-face opportunities and assist sales efforts.
• Participate in daily training and maintain CRM records.
