Job summary

REPS & Co. is hiring a Sports & Theatre Processing Specialist to ensure purchased tickets are accurately recorded, listed, and prepared for pricing and sale. The role blends inventory processing, quality control, and refund tracking with CSR calling support.

You will work with brokers and internal teams to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and prevent incorrect deliveries or canceled sales while maintaining high data accuracy and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn company systems quickly.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets with fast data entry and accuracy.
• Clear written communication and professional phone manner for CSR calls.

Responsibilities

• Process sports and season-ticket orders in the POS system and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit purchases, attach PDFs, verify disclosures, and ensure inventory is cleared for sale.
• Track and report refunds for rescheduled or canceled events to brokers and requesters.
• Handle CSR calls for new purchases, account clarification, refunds, unlocking, and management.
• Resolve issues quickly, provide clear status updates, and maintain professional communications.
• Update procedures and training materials to improve accuracy and efficiency.
