Job summary

REPS & Co. is seeking a Box Office Ticket Processor in San Diego to handle daily ticket processing, inventory control, and error reduction in a fast-paced environment. The role requires precise data entry, reliability, and the ability to learn company-specific processes and software.

You will work in-office in the Bay Ho area, with a flexible 40-hour work week including weekends and possible overtime. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient at website navigation.
• Basic knowledge of Airtable.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google Suite applications; skills assessment included.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of all inbound/outbound box office purchased tickets.
• Organizing and securing hard ticket inventory.
• Identify and correct any errors.
• Track and report errors to management.
• Scheduling travel plans and meetings.
• Maintaining communications between teams.
• Perform all other duties as required.
