FloSports, Inc. in Austin, Texas seeks an SEO & AEO Content Specialist to join the Audience Development team. You will grow organic audiences by crafting search-focused sports content, optimize headlines and metadata, and help expand FloSports' presence across AI-powered search and traditional engines.

The role requires at least four years in digital publishing with strong SEO knowledge and an interest in AI-driven discovery. Collaboration with editors and content creators is essential.

Qualifications

• Has at least four years of experience in digital publishing and content creation.
• Experience producing content in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Experience in digital journalism, sports media, audience development, SEO or content strategy.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and organic search.

Responsibilities

• Create content that grows FloSports' audience and tells stories of teams, athletes, events and sports streaming.
• Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies across FloSports' sports verticals.
• Produce timely, engaging, search-focused digital content around sports and events FloSports streams.
• Identify search opportunities with editors and vertical teams around breaking news and events.
• Develop evergreen content strategies to build topical authority across FloSports' sports.
