Job summary

FairPlay Sports Media is seeking a highly driven SEO Manager to join our newly established Audience Team in the US. This pivotal role shapes and executes an organic strategy across major US publishers and partner sites, spanning traditional SEO and AI-driven discovery platforms.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, PR, Content, and Engineering to drive sustainable growth, EEAT standards, and performance metrics at scale in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SEO and organic growth, ideally within competitive industries (e.g. sports betting, iGaming).
• Strong understanding of modern search ecosystems, including Google algorithms and AI-driven search experiences.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable organic growth across multiple markets.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing SEO teams.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge including site architecture, indexing, rendering, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the organic growth strategy across partner websites.
• Drive visibility across traditional search engines and generative AI platforms.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence technical SEO and site architecture.
• Lead creation, testing, and scaling of new organic growth initiatives.
• Define and uphold EEAT and content quality standards.
• Develop performance measurement frameworks and reporting across SEO and AI channels.
• Analyze opportunities and benchmark against competitors to inform strategy.
• Champion innovation with new tools and methodologies in organic search and AI.
• Lead requirements gathering for SEO, content, and LLM optimization.
