Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO with measurable growth
• Strong on-page optimization and content strategy
• Technical SEO and offsite authority basics
• Ability to investigate opportunities, form hypotheses, and execute plans
• Data-driven decision making with SEO impact to business outcomes
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and Semrush
• Understanding crawlability and site architecture
• Experience collaborating with content, product marketing, and engineering

Responsibilities

• Own SEO and AEO projects from opportunity identification through launch and performance measurement
• Research search trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities across content and tools
• Recommend page improvements, including content structure and metadata
• Collaborate with Growth Content and Product Marketing teams to create content briefs and launch plans
• Partner with Web and Engineering on technical SEO topics such as indexing and page speed
• Track organic performance and recommend actions based on traffic and ranking changes
• Investigate SEO issues using Google Search Console and analytics platforms
