Redtech seeks an SEO/AEO Specialist to grow organic visibility and direct traffic for CLIENT. You will collaborate with our SEO agency, marketing, content, and development teams to ensure site finding, trust, and citations across traditional search engines and AI answer engines.

You will review, prioritize, and oversee SEO/AE0 implementations, manage the blog and content calendar, and write/optimize content as needed. Strong writing, analytics, and technical SEO skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' SEO experience, in-house or agency.
• 3+ years writing and editing search-optimized content.
• Knowledge of AEO and generative search concepts.
• Experience managing agency relationships and reviews.
• Proficiency with analytics dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SEO/AEO Strategist and agency on day-to-day work, sessions, deliverables, and timelines.
• Review audits and recommendations for accuracy, brand alignment, and impact.
• Prioritize optimizations and maintain the implementation roadmap.
• Oversee implementation with engineering, product, content, and ecommerce teams.
• QA changes and follow up on issues with precision and urgency.
• Create dashboards and provide insights on rankings, traffic, AI visibility, and conversions.
• Manage the Holland America blog and SEO/content calendar.
