Job summary

LegalOn is seeking a hands-on SEO & AEO Manager to own and scale our organic and AI-driven discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered experiences.

You will shape strategy, lead content and keyword initiatives, optimize site architecture and backlinks, and ensure accurate representation in AI citations. This role offers broad ownership with leadership visibility and impact on product growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SEO, ideally in B2B SaaS or regulated industries.
• Deep technical SEO covering architecture, crawl/index, structured data, and performance.
• Strong experience with AEO and AI-driven discovery, including LLM-based search.
• Creative, systems-oriented thinker who designs scalable content and discovery strategies.
• Excellent writing/editing for SEO content (landing pages, FAQs, comparisons).
• Experience managing complex site migrations, consolidations, or multi-product environments.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO & AEO strategy across all products, ensuring strong discoverability in traditional and AI-driven search.
• Lead content and keyword strategy across platform levels, preventing cannibalization and authority fragmentation.
• Design and maintain scalable site/content architecture, including internal linking and ownership.
• Create SEO-driven content with SMEs to build credibility and AI citation.
• Own off-site SEO and authority growth, securing high-quality backlinks and brand mentions.
• Manage technical SEO: crawl/indexation, structured data, performance, Core Web Vitals.
• Build and evolve an AEO playbook for better AI citation quality and consistency.
• Measure performance and tie outcomes to business impact.
