Job summary

FloSports, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Performance Marketing in Austin, TX to own paid acquisition strategy across Paid Search and Paid Social.

You will guide growth investments, set forecasts, and lead a small team of channel managers while hands-on optimizing campaigns. You will partner with BI and Finance to link media investment to subscriber growth, revenue, and lifetime value, and spearhead AI-led improvements across planning, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive performance or acquisition marketing experience.
• At least 3 years of direct people-management experience leading a small team.
• Deep, recent hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong Paid Social expertise, particularly Meta.
• Proven ownership of substantial paid media budgets and ability to build credible forecasts.
• Experience identifying opportunities for AI in paid media and turning them into actionable tools.
• Strong understanding of attribution, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear senior-leadership recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the paid acquisition strategy across Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Lead investment planning, forecasting, and budget allocation.
• Audit and optimize account structure, bidding, and conversion performance.
• Manage and develop a small team of channel managers.
• Direct investment decisions across sports portfolio and events.
• Partner with BI and Finance to tie paid media to growth and retention.
• Define testing agendas and establish success criteria.
• Lead AI adoption within paid media and scale value.
• Collaborate across marketing, product, creative, and lifecycle to align campaigns.
• Present performance to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
