Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Organic Growth & AEO Manager to define and drive global search and AI-enabled visibility. You will lead traditional and AI-enhanced SEO, shaping how content appears in AI interfaces and collaborating with writers, PMMs, and web teams to optimize digital presence.

You’ll manage AI-driven content strategy, guide stakeholders, and build scalable workflows and Claude Skills to accelerate content creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business (technical background), or Information Systems, or equivalent years of experience.
• 5–7+ years of technical SEO experience, preferably in fintech, enterprise software, and/or B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to design and lead independent SEO/AEO strategies with measurable business impact at B2B SaaS companies.
• Deep curiosity & passion for winning in AEO.
• Hands‑on experience with Sanity, Webflow, and/or equivalent CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global SEO + AEO strategy, including quarterly goals, KPIs, and roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead buyer question mining to define critical questions and translate them into a topic hub and content roadmap.
• Lead holistic keyword research, gap analysis, and optimization initiatives.
• Partner with web development and content teams to implement SEO enhancements.
• Educate internal teams on SEO/AEO best practices and build AI GPTs, agents, and workflows.
