The Cleveland Cavaliers are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive revenue across Memberships, Groups, Suites and Premium inventory. You will work Cavs home games, engage guests at the sales table, and self-source leads as you build a personal pipeline.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sports or event sales, a professional mindset, and a strong desire to grow a career in sports business while working most Cavs home games.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required—preferably in Sports Management/Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communication.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sports sales or event sales is preferred.
• Professional, competitive mindset with a real desire to build a career in sports business.
• Availability to work most Cavs home games and be coachable.
