Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive membership and ticket revenue for the Phoenix Mercury and related properties. This role emphasizes outbound outreach, prospect engagement, and relationship-building to convert leads into long-term clients.

You will attend games and events to host prospects, conduct in-person appointments, and identify upsell opportunities while supporting broader revenue initiatives and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Outbound sales experience in a high-activity environment.

• Strong follow-through with established sales workflows and pipelines.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate CRM records.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively generate new membership and ticket revenue across properties via outbound outreach (phone, email, virtual meetings, in-person presentations).
• Consistently exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and activity standards.
• Provide best-in-class service, communicate product value, handle objections, and set clients up for long-term success.
• Attend games and events to host prospects and create upsell opportunities.
• Support department initiatives that drive sales culture and innovation in membership strategy.
• Other duties as assigned.
