Phoenix Suns is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive, Membership Experience to assist team members with engaging, servicing, and renewing Phoenix Mercury season ticket members. In addition to servicing accounts year-round, this person will focus on upselling current clients, obtaining referrals and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in sales or service role preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics & Arctics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to clients and prospects.
• Work gamedays, member and new sales events.
• Generate leads via prospecting, networking, or referrals.
• Schedule and complete face-to-face appointments in arena and Phoenix metro area.
• Support upselling and renewals as needed.
