Job summary

Player 15 Group, the sports and entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns, seeks a Group Experience Game Crew to support all facets of game day experiences for ticket sales and service needs. This role contributes to elevating fan experiences and community engagement.

You will assist with home game night group experiences and non-game day events, help with giveaways, and adapt duties by game night. A strong customer-focused approach is essential.

We are seeking experienced and motivated Group Experience Game Crew to join our team. In this role, you will support all facets of game day experience for ticket sales & service needs, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

Your Role on the Team

• On home game nights, assist the organization with the facilitation of group experiences and events
• Provide assistance with group experiences and non-game day events (i.e.- membership, group leader, or client prospected events)
• Assist with group giveaways pre-game, during game, and/or post home games
• Duties may change depending on game nights

Your Skills And Experience

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience working with youth
• A friendly, professional, and upbeat personality
• Maintain a professional manner around athletes
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Ability to work approximately 80% of Suns and Mercury games which includes weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience/ Education Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
