Job summary

Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive, Group Sales to join our team. You will drive group ticket sales across all properties, building tailored packages and a strong pipeline for attendance and engagement.

You will manage client relationships, host group outings, and collaborate on improving our group ticketing strategy while delivering exceptional service to fans and partners.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably outbound, ticket sales or B2B.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and event hosting.
• Proficiency with Ticketmaster Archtics, MS Office, and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate group ticket revenue across properties via outbound sales.
• Surpass weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and activity standards.
• Create tailored group experiences and packages.
• Prospect new business, generate leads, and build a robust pipeline.
• Manage planning and execution of group outings and host clients at events.
• Support initiatives to enhance group ticketing strategy.
