Job summary

You’ll start with smaller opportunities, build relationships with sponsors, and contribute to a growing conference portfolio.

The ideal candidate is competitive, results-driven, and capable of developing new business while expanding existing accounts with decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B sales, business development, account management, or relevant customer-facing experience.
• Experience with outbound prospecting through phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & pipeline development to build a sponsor pipeline.
• Lead generation & research to identify prospective exhibitors and sponsors.
• Full sales cycle management from prospecting to close with leadership collaboration.
• Sponsor relationship management to support renewals and future participation.
• Inbound lead management to qualify opportunities and convert prospects.
