Job summary

CloserStill Media in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Client Success Associate to be the primary sponsor contact from contract through post-event debrief, ensuring our year‑round programs across Federal, State & Local and Critical Infrastructure summits deliver tangible value.

You will join the Sales team and collaborate with marketing, content and operations. This role offers hands-on onboarding and exposure to large‑scale, in‑person cybersecurity events from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in client services, account management, event sponsorship, or related role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Strong relationship skills; professional with senior executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for top sponsors and build proactive relationships.
• Lead biweekly sponsor check-ins to review deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure accurate sponsor presentation across channels.
• Manage booth selection, speaking opportunities, and exhibit space inventory.
• Provide on-site support at events and assist with registration and logistics.
