Job summary

Cybersecurity Jobs is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage a portfolio of top sponsors from contract through post-event debriefs. You will serve as the trusted daily contact for sponsor teams, ensure deliverables, and drive renewal opportunities while coordinating across content, marketing, and meetings teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of client-facing experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in client services or related roles.
• Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership of outcomes.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-team coordination.
• Proficient with CRM and productivity tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace).
• Interest in cybersecurity or public sector is a plus; willingness to travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of top sponsors.
• Conduct regular sponsor check-ins to review deliverables and deadlines.
• Advocate sponsor objectives internally to maximize program value.
• Lead post-event debriefs and deliver ROI reports.
• Track sponsor engagements in the CRM and coordinate across teams.
• Onboard new sponsors with logos, details, and program requirements.
• Coordinate speaker opportunities and exhibit/booth logistics.
• Provide sponsor data with attendee privacy considerations.
• Support on-site event staffing and travel as needed.
