Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Manager of Partnership Strategy to lead sponsorship activation and day-to-day fulfillment for university properties. You will manage a small on-site team, ensuring partner deliverables are executed flawlessly and relationships with sponsors and university stakeholders are strong.

You will coordinate digital, social, in-venue, broadcast, and experiential assets, while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to meet timelines and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sponsorship activation, marketing, or account management, preferably in sports/entertainment.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; multi-stakeholder project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activation for a portfolio of property-level partners with timely execution of sponsorship elements.
• Manage a small on-site team; provide coaching and performance support to direct reports.
• Build relationships with sponsors, university stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate digital, social, signage, hospitality, and experiential assets with stakeholders.
• Oversee activation timelines, asset tracking, deliverable documentation, and partner communications.
• Support year-end recaps and renewal planning with sales leaders; ensure alignment with Learfield standards.
