Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized Partnerships Coordinator to support campus sponsorship activations. You will execute day-to-day fulfillment, track assets, and collaborate with university staff and brand partners to deliver campaigns and gameday elements.

This hands-on role involves coordinating across departments, supporting budgets and reporting, and ensuring seamless delivery of sponsor elements in a fast-paced sports sponsorship environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events or related field welcome (internships or early career ok).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms.
• Coordinate assets and gameday operations with internal teams and partners.
• Track inventory and maintain records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
