Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Partnerships Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team on campus in Idaho. You will execute day-to-day sponsorship fulfillment, coordinate with university contacts and brand partners, and support gameday operations to bring partnerships to life for fans and sponsors.

You'll manage assets, track deliverables, and collaborate with sales, digital, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field (internships or early career experience welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support where needed.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of partner assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with organization partners, athletic department staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records of all sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations, including setup, signage placement, hospitality, and in-game promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff, as needed, to support on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled partnership elements.
• Support administrative functions such as budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure seamless execution.
