Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized Partnerships Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support campus sponsorship activations. This role focuses on day-to-day fulfillment, tracking assets, and coordinating with university partners to bring campaigns to life for fans and sponsors.

You will collaborate with internal teams and brand partners, assist with gameday operations, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting, and help deliver compelling partner experiences across on-site and digital

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field (internships or early career welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with initiative and willingness to support where needed.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms (traditional, digital, in-venue).
• Liaise between property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, athletic department staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Track inventory and maintain records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations (setup, signage, hospitality, promotions).
• Supervise gameday staff as needed for on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, contract docs, and expense reporting.
