Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized Partnerships Coordinator to support corporate sponsorship activations on campus. The role focuses on day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts, coordinating with university staff and sponsors to deliver assets and campaigns with precision.

Ideal candidates will have experience in marketing or partnerships, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field (internships or early career welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of partner assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders as a trusted representative.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records of all sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations, including setup, signage, hospitality, and in-game promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff as needed to support on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Support administrative functions like budgeting, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
