Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support the execution of corporate sponsorship activations on campus. This role focuses on coordinating day-to-day fulfillment, tracking assets, and assisting with gameday operations.

You will work with university contacts, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of partner assets and campaigns, while maintaining strong relationships and supporting administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field (internships or early career experience welcome)
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms
• Serve as liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners
• Track assets and deliverables and support gameday operations
• Supervise gameday staff as needed for on-site execution
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, digital, and marketing teams
