Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team on campus. You will support the execution of corporate sponsorship activations, coordinate assets, and assist with gameday operations to deliver memorable experiences for fans and sponsors.

In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with university staff, brand partners, and internal teams to track assets, manage events, and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to take initiative and support where needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home games.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of partner assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders—serving as a trusted representative of Learfield and the property.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records of all sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations, including setup, signage placement, hospitality, and in-game promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff, as needed, to support on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled partnership elements.
• Support administrative functions such as budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure seamless execution.
