Job summary

CloserStill Media is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage top sponsors from contract to post-event debrief, ensuring programs deliver value across Federal, State & Local and Critical Infrastructure summits.

You’ll join a collaborative Sales team and work with marketing, content and operations, gaining exposure to a broad set of cyber and technology companies and hands-on, large-scale event production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in client services, account management, event sponsorship, or a related client-facing role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage many clients, deliverables and deadlines at once.
• Strong relationship skills, with the confidence to be a client's go-to contact and to represent the company professionally with senior executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver who follows through and owns outcomes.
• Collaborative and comfortable coordinating across teams.
• Experience with CRM and productivity tools; knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of top sponsors, building strong relationships with their marketing and events teams.
• Run regular check-ins with each sponsor to review deliverables, deadlines and goals.
• Understand each sponsor's objectives and advocate for them internally to maximize value from their program.
• Schedule and lead post-event debriefs, deliver ROI reports, and collect sponsor feedback to improve future programs.
• Anticipate issues, resolve concerns quickly, and escalate when needed.
• Share sponsor health, satisfaction and feedback with account owners to support renewals and growth.
• Ensure all top sponsor engagements are accurately tracked in HubSpot, Billington’s CRM.
