Job summary

Billington Cybersecurity is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage sponsor relationships from contract to post-event debrief. You will work with our sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure sponsors receive maximum value from our federal, state and local, and critical infrastructure summits.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in client services, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of client services, account management or event sponsorship.
• Highly organized with strong relationship and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver who can work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for top sponsors and manage relationships.
• Conduct biweekly check-ins to review deliverables, deadlines and goals.
• Advocate for sponsor objectives to maximize value from programs.
• Lead post-event debriefs, deliver ROI reports and collect feedback.
• Ensure sponsor engagements are tracked in the CRM and coordinate with teams.
• Attend and support all events, including VIP receptions and travel as needed.
