Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Industry Solutions Director - Sponsor Payments Executive within Treasury Services' Financial Sponsors Group (TS-FSG) to partner with sponsor firms and their portfolio companies to deliver treasury, payments, liquidity, and working capital solutions in complex engagements.

You will lead end-to-end advisory programs, scope opportunities across treasury operations, engage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with product teams to shape market-ready sponsor-focused

Qualifications

• 7+ years of treasury, cash management, or related advisory experience.
• Experience with sponsor-backed portfolio companies and sponsor coverage models.
• Proven success in business development and consultative selling.
• Strong knowledge of treasury fundamentals and working capital optimization.

Responsibilities

• Originate and drive growth opportunities across sponsor referrals and portfolio relationships.
• Lead end-to-end, client-ready engagements from kickoff to delivery.
• Analyze treasury operating models, cash positioning, and AP/AR workflows for improvements.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align solutions with strategic treasury objectives.
• Collaborate with bankers, Treasury Sales, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct process reviews and relay market feedback to product partners.
• Develop market-facing thought leadership and internal enablement materials.
