JPMorganChase is seeking an Industry Solutions Director – Sponsor Payments Executive within the Financial Sponsors Group (TS-FSG). You will partner with sponsor firms and portfolio companies to identify, develop, and deliver treasury, payments, liquidity, and working capital solutions.

You will lead end-to-end engagements, assess operating models, and guide strategic dialogues with senior executives to drive growth and improved client outcomes, while coordinating across product and coverage

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in treasury/cash management, working capital, treasury consulting, payments/receivables/payables solutioning, or consultative sales/advisory roles.
• Experience with financial sponsors and sponsor-backed portfolio companies; understanding sponsor coverage models and portfolio operating priorities.
• Demonstrated success in business development, consultative selling, and opportunity management, including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong knowledge of treasury and cash management fundamentals, including working capital, receivables, payables, and daily cash processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to quantify opportunities and translate findings into client recommendations.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior client stakeholders and internal partners.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams under tight timelines with strong organization and PM discipline.
• Working knowledge of treasury services products and related risk controls.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and execute growth opportunities across treasury management solutions through sponsor referrals, direct prospecting, and portfolio expansion.
• Lead end-to-end consultative engagements from kickoff to delivery of client-ready outputs.
• Assess and document treasury operating models, cash positioning, and AP/AR workflows to improve efficiency and working capital performance.
• Engage CFOs, Treasurers, and Controllers to facilitate strategic treasury dialogues with benchmarking and quantitative insights.
• Partner with bankers, Treasury Sales, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions and manage timelines.
• Conduct targeted business process reviews aligned to sales opportunities; involve internal specialists as needed.
• Provide client feedback and market observations to product teams to inform design and enhancements.
• Develop market-facing thought leadership and deliver training to banking and sales partners.
