Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is recruiting a Payments Sales Manager to lead end-to-end client experiences within the Diversified Industries team in the U.S. You will be responsible for developing new business from clients in a specific segment and driving a comprehensive selling strategy with Product and Banking coverage teams.

You will collaborate with Client Service, Implementations, Operations, Technology, Risk, Credit and Legal to optimize delivery, while gaining deep knowledge of the market and client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of Payments products.
• Ability to assess new opportunities and contact key decision makers.
• Strong account planning and demonstrated execution.
• Creative problem solving and solution orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and develop relationships.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Compliance and KYC processes.
• Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deepen and grow existing market relationships.
• Develop new profitable business from prospective clients.
• Engage JPMorgan Payments solutions and clients at senior levels for integrated treasury solutions.
• Partner with internal product stakeholders for complex products and solutions.
• Understand clients' goals, environments, strategies, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Understand the competition’s capabilities and gaps and position JPMorgan Payments.
• Manage client visitation and sales discussions covering new products and market developments.
• Manage proposal writing and the full sales process including RFIs/RFPs.
• Develop and share client knowledge with coverage teams for new business and risk management.
• Collaborate with coverage team to expand existing business and generate cross-sell opportunities.
