Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 40% domestically. A Bachelor’s degree and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to score highly on disease/product training exams, including annual certification.
• Strong work ethic with outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning & Account Leadership: use digital tools and data insights to create strategy, allocate resources and maximize sales.
• Selling: deliver messages clearly, probe needs, handle objections, and close with a commitment to action.
• Customer Development: build internal and external relationships based on customer needs and goals.
• Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: track market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Reimbursement: stay informed on payer dynamics and address access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
