The role requires strong leadership, medical/pharma sales expertise, and the ability to develop relationships with clinicians, payers, and advocacy groups. Travel up to 70% is expected within the US within territory boundaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of sales management in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceuticals or related field for external candidates.
• Internal candidates: 1 year Commercial experience or 2 years Lundbeck sales success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing psychiatry sales team.
• Set area strategic direction and tactical plans with strong analytics.
• Coach account managers to achieve sales goals and grow market share.
• Build relationships with KOLs, advocacy groups, and payer/clinical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliant execution of marketing plans and promotions.
