Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a field-based outside sales professional to drive the spirits portfolio across Orange County and surrounding areas, including Anaheim. You will partner with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and grow key on-premise and off-premise accounts.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic market. Competitive pay, incentives, and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience in sales.
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and manage a territory.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Spirits portfolio sales with suppliers and customers across On-Premise and Off-Premise accounts.
• Execute monthly, quarterly and annual business plans to meet distribution goals.
• Increase brand distribution and menu placements within assigned geography.
• Sell in promotions, drink features, and back-bar placements at key customers.
• Communicate priorities and plans with account representatives and internal teams.
• Educate and train market on spirits programs and features.
• Support market activities and troubleshoot issues as needed.
