Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Arlington, VA, is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive the Spirits portfolio across on- and off-premise accounts. You will collaborate with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans, grow distribution, and expand key partnerships.

The role requires a blend of field sales, relationship management, and strategic planning to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets within a dynamic consumer beverage market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience or HS diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance with at least the minimum state required coverage levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and grow key on- and off-premise accounts.
• Achieve sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans.
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline in assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Work with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicated.
• Serve as a spirits expert in education and training for assigned market and coordinate with supplier leadership on market activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
