Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. in Arlington, VA seeks a Spirits Sales Specialist to drive the success of the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans for on-premise and off-premise accounts.

You will lead monthly to annual plans, increase distribution in your territory, and work with account representatives to align priorities and meet customer needs. A valid driver's license is required and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or HS diploma with 5+ years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute plans.
• Achieve sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
• Increase core brand distribution across the assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Collaborate with account representatives to align priorities and communicate needs.
• Act as spirits expert, creating programs and training, coordinating with supplier leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
