Suntory Global Spirits in Milwaukee seeks a Manager of FMB to drive profitable growth through in-outlet execution across a defined portfolio of independent off-premise and on-premise accounts. You will translate brand and commercial priorities into outstanding in-outlet execution that increases visibility, availability, and consumer pull.

The role requires 1–5 years in the Spirits/RTD space, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 1–5 years' experience in the Spirits, Beer, RTD categories with understanding of route-to-market dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of success in previous employment and/or academic pursuits.
• Interested in working in a fast-paced environment, and consistently interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Drive Share Growth Through In-Outlet Execution by maximizing brand and category growth in assigned accounts.
• Deliver Against Distribution and Activation Goals across displays, shelf placement, and activations.
• Execute the Commercial Plan Within Assigned Accounts translating priorities into consistent execution.
• Build Account-Level Relationships and Advocacy with independent retailers and operators.
• Activate Consumer Pull Through Customer Programming partnering with independent customers to drive trial and demand.
